The initial proposed Laura Ashley S/S 2013 Home Interiors Collection brief, as one of my significant briefs to execute throughout the Final Major Project module.
Throughout this brief, of which I hope to dedicate 2-3 weeks solidly on, I will be working collaboratively with fellow BAGD student, and illustration specialist, Steph Lawson, to develop a range of home interior printed textile and surface pattern designs for a proposed, hypothetical soft furnishings and decoration range for the established worldwide home wear and fashion company.
In this brief, I will be utilising my skills set and interest in branding and editorial design throughout the branding and marketing of the product range, whereas Steph's focus will be within her own strengths of illustration and print, primarily, though I hope that we will be able to work alongside one another well to develop an established and considered, professional-standard printed outcome.
