Cited as one of Alex's inspirations in both regards to branding, website design, and overall Architectural portfolio and practice, the renowned Thomas Heatherwick, Architect and founder of Heatherwick Studios in London's Kings Cross has worked with a multitude of high-profile projects with both product and Architectural design to his name, having recently worked on redesigns for the London Buses, along with the acclaimed Olympic Torch (see image below from the Heatherwick Studios website).
The Heatherwick Studio logo and brand mark, although bias towards a more traditional design with serif type, looks clean, contemporary and professional- our main priority throughout Alex's own branding as he graduates from University and seeks employment, and will definitely return to this type - based design for future design development inspiration.
