Before our initial tutor meeting, which will be scheduled for the next couple of weeks, I felt it was important, once again, to read up on the course as a "refresh", and, most significantly, to gain more insight into the industry and where the student designers will often go on to seek graduate placements and employment.

From our very first meeting, as a design team (myself, Claudia Griffin, Kirsty Alderson and Kirsty Hardingham), we knew that we wanted to create a design that above all would appeal to industry, and to showcase the work of the students in the best way possible, and to real sell the extraordinary talent and ambition that the course boasts.

I'm really looking forward to our meeting and seeing which concepts and proposed for development, hopefully to achieve a really high-end and professional design that both we as a design team, and, most importantly, the staff and course students can be really proud of.
