FMP | Sarah Wigglesworth Architecture

Stated as another source of inspiration, in past emails, Alex has noted the Architect, Sarah Wigglesworth's branding, again, as a particular source of influence and inspiration behind what he hopes to visually achieve from his own branding and brand mark.

Much like the Heatherwick Studios logo, the Sarah Wigglesworth design is typographically- lead, with a bold red (common in Architectural brand marks), again, something quite simple, corporate, but clean, minimal, and professional.

Whilst on the website, I also developed some inspiration for a potential layout and blog - style (as requested by Alex for his own online porfolio website), to help develop more of a narrative and ongoing development of his work throughout his studies and upon employment. 

I really like the way, on the website, that stories are given a brief summary, and then linked out to other, various sites to ensure that information on the page, although concise and informative, still remains direct, to the point, and can lead on to be something more content - heavy, yet importantly, this remains optional.

I hope to propose this notion to Alex within my next meetings with him, and hopefully we can also work together on defining the brand mark and pushing forward with the design outcomes as promptly and swiftly as we can to achieve as high a consideration for the design deliverables as possible.
