FMP | Paper Marbling

Inspired by the idea of reflecting both the traditional print - making methods practiced on the course, along with a really spontaneous, almost "scrapbook" like feel to the design, after my initial vector - based design work yesterday, I felt that marbling could be a process that would not only be beautiful, vibrant (and demonstrate colours, which the course, and Duncan, so clearly admire), and unique, but would really visually communicate the variety on the course.

Over the next week, I hope to experiment with some marbling effects, buying a variety of inks and creating some really exciting, and hopefully, really stunning patterns onto paper stock (later, potentially, to scan in as a cover design, with end pages also, throughout).
