After a sadly tried, but failed day spent attempting to produce my own macarons, knowing that I haven't got more time to spend on potentially flawed experimentations, I have decided to attempt to outsource my produce. The nature of macarons being a fresh patisserie is that they are reasonably difficult to order online, and when they are sold in the UK, it's usually in London through stores such as Harrods or Laduree, there, of course, being quite expensive.
After an online search, I found Buckinghamshire based family run business, 'Love Macaron', which boasts a wide range of flavours and delivery for just £1 per macaron (around half the price of what you would otherwise normally expect to pay). As a courteousy, I have contacted the owner through the given online email address, to go on to use the macarons in context and photograph, as, of course, they would be under another company's proposed name. However, I would happily promote them as much as possible (and eat more macarons than you can shake a stick at... shame that) as a thank you.
Hoping to hear a reply soon!
