FMP | Macaron Drama

For the second time in my life today I attempted to make macarons for the purpose of the La Petit Macaron brief (for scales and measures), and, for the second time they failed (cracking in the oven).

They say a shoddy workman blames his tools, but in my case, it was definitely my whisk.
Time to buy some in.
