FMP | Nutritional Information Generator

As part of the La Petit Macaron brief, to add realism and a wealth of context to the brief, I was really keen to develop the ingredients and nutritional content of the macarons to be available both online, and potentially throughout the packaging design of the products.

Not only is this a real-life issue to deal with (albeit the information would be provided in the body copy from the client) within the food packaging and food industry, but I also feel it will give me a great deal more insight into the brief and the context of the product itself.

During my school years I studied home economics and food technology, and as part of that would regularly analyse and assess meals and ingredients for their nutritional and vitamin content. At that time we had databases and specialist software, so I was delighted to find a really quick and easy online generator, Spark Recipes (source link above) which meant that devised recipes and ingredient lists can quickly and easily be converted.

Looking forward to getting a really professional and research context and background into the recipes, and then going onto translate the body copy into both French and English, again, expanding my experience, and, hopefully, throughout my portfolio, demonstrating my willingness to work with a range of diverse clients and cultures.
