Proposals for the website content and imagery for the Paul Danks Property Development brief.
As the brief is hypothetical (despite the client, in fact, very much real), no images could be obtained for the use of mocking up imagery, therefore, I have relied heavily on type to convey the black and white concept recently adopted throughout the print-based stationary and branded media, with a minimal design outcome demonstrating the clear, straightforward, yet attentive care and respect the client has for both his property portfolio and the property's tenants, along with brief, yet informative bio and insight into the independent business.
