FMP | Brief meeting with Steph

This morning I had a brief meeting with Steph to discuss some of our ideas and initial research in terms of a theme within horticulture, with which flowers and colour palettes, in particular, to suggest.

I made the suggestion of using purples, pinks and creams as our base colours (as documented in a blog post yesterday), which many of the British Spring and Summertime flowers appeared to be, and what we believe will work very well with the existing femininity and elegance of the Laura Ashley print and pattern archive.

Over the next couple of days I hope to start developing potential logo designs for the range, and also gather some images of the flowers for initial inspiration for our own photographic set ups and image- based designs.
