Another cited source of inspiration for Jessie in both her Photographic, and design- based work/inspiration, is another acclaimed fashion Photographer, Rankin.

Much like Tim Walker's site, as previously blogged, Rankin's site is a fantastically minimal and clean showcase for his vast portfolio, with the use of clean and light- weight sans serif type balancing with the images visually, yet not distracting from them.

Also, again, like Walker's website, the flash index page has a personalisation through the hand- rendered 'Hunger' watercolour type which adds an element of individuality, rawness and personality to his work, reflecting his own character and the often rugged and true-to-life images that he captures and documents throughout the site.

 I am really looking forward to getting to work on developing Jessie's own personal website and taking inspiration from the sources shown to create an effective means of visual communication, and to depict her work appropriately graphically for the high- fashion, high- art industry.
